1. Original Copies dated by printer (at bottom of page 3) first edition 27/10/1898. The MS notes in first two copies were entered in India (Ross/41/03-04). Eleven copies, one copy sent to Dr WW Francis, 13 Norham Gardens, Oxford for presentation to the Osler Library, Mcfill University.
2. One copy of second edition dated by printer at end 24/8/1901 and issued without my knowledge.
