The copy appears to have been owned by Professor Donald Reid. File also includes another published paper by the Tobacco Research Council on 'Mortality from lung cancer and bronchitis in relation to smoke and sulphur dioxide concentration, population density and social index (1964) along with manuscript tables and graphs on smoking rates in England and Wales, 1950s-1960s and comparative rates of cardiovascular disease.
