Description
Appointment lists of Whitehall study volunteers seen at a clinic by Dr Patrick Hamilton or Dr Geoffrey Rose as part of either 5-year check-up or one of the treatment groups. Lists include names of those scheduled to attend, survey numbers, date and investigator attending. File also includes notes on subjects who did not attend clinic, and some notes on tests undertaken, appointment chart and list of E.C [electrocardiogram) results by [Minnesota] codes.
