Description
Correspondence and minutes of meetings regarding setting up a meeting to discuss transfer of sickness absence records from civil service departments. Papers relate to general procedure undertaken by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine to collect the records; discussion of current filing practices for sickness absence, departmental transfers and recording deaths, along with specimens of sickness forms from selected departments including the Board of Trade, Cabinet Office, Home Office, Ministry of Housing and the Treasury.
