DescriptionExperimental notebooks, loose notes, datasets and graphs relating to medical research undertaken on levels of interferon in HIV and AIDS patients. Items include experimental procedures for the purification of various biological compounds, including interferon; datasets of levels of interferon in anonymised AIDS patients, provided by PWA group; dataset showing possible blood serum results for anonymous AIDS patients and method for making a positive treatment for immune suppression established at the Division of Infectious Disease and Immunology, North Shore University Hospital. In addition, the papers contain experimental notes, procedures and laboratory results for a number of studies on various animal interferons including mouse interferon and assay results relating to 2'-5' oligoA-synthetase in human PWRC.
