Description
They are allowed to do nothing about Ross' recommendations on malaria in Mauritius until the Royal Commission has reported but he hopes to deal with the minor recommendatins although the major ones will have to wait until more money is available. His niece should be joining him in September and he is dubious about the Royal Commission's interest in anti-malaria work and he does not expect their report until the end of the year. Hopes with the help of a good sugar crop that the financial situation will have improved by the end of 1910
