LevelItem
TitleLetter from Sir Charles Bruce
Date7/10/1908
DescriptionAlthough Ross' recommendations on expense on mosquito control do not seem extravagant, the financial position of the island is very precarious and dependant on the sugar crop. He thinks that the Imperial Government might assist the colonial government if they consent to a Royal Commission and he will give Ross his support over Mauritius at the Colonial Office
