Description
Suggests that each country has its own malaria bearing mosquitoes and he is busy preparing for international distribution which he will send in due course. Encloses copies of his reports (Ross/42/04 and Ross/41/03) for E Marchiafava and A Bignami as well as for Charles and adds that Bignami's efforts to produce malaria in a healthy person by means of a mosquito from an infected area is injudicious as only a small proportion of mosquitoes must be infected. Urges that research should be concentrated on the black spores
