Description	Gwilt, writing from Punkhabaree, informs Ross that all the patients he had seen in hospital with dysentery "in advanced anchylostomaisis" have died. He also writes of how in not one of the eight years that he has worked in this hospital have births exceeded deaths, and in some years the deaths have been double the amount of births.
