Description
State that while Manson had the right to give Ross' letters to the London School of Tropical Medicine the School has no right to publish them or allow them to be copied without Ross' consent. Ross cannot stipulate the conditions under which they must be kept and, as there is no evidence of an agreement between Ross and Manson that they should return each other's letters he cannot insist on the letters being returned. They are willing to approach Alcock to try and settle the matter.
