Letter from Ross to Manson

Description
EE Austen's accompanying the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine's expedition to Sierra Leone is dependent on the India or Colonial Office's provided the money as the School cannot afford it and both HE Annett and himself are going without charging a fee. The Liverpool and London Schools should charge similar fees and he is writing an account of the proving of the mosquito-malaria theory which should settle the Italian's claims to the credit.
