Encloses copies of Ross' letters to himself between 7 September 1898 to 28 April 1899 and the last reprint of his paper on priority which he would returned. Manson, Ross and himself have been proposed as English reporters at the next Congress on Hygiene and Demography in Berlin in 1907.
