Description
Acknowledges his manuscript on The Iteration of certain functions, and says that he understands that the manuscript is retained by the Royal Society if the paper is "withdrawn", but returned to the author if it is rejected. He asks therefore for the paper to be rejected so that he can keep the manuscript and says that he would also like the letters sent with it returned.
