TitleCopy of a letter from Ross to Sir William Lever, Chairman, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine
Date2/12/1911
DescriptionHe has pointed out to the Advisory Committee of the Tropical Diseases Research Fund that the Anonymous Donor wishes the Schools of Tropical Medicine to be treated equally but the Tropical Diseases Research Fund is short of money and he could not press the point. He has got £12,000 for the Liverpool School although his scheme for an institute of tropical medicine has been given to the Royal Society because of the delay in the payment of Sir AL Jones' bequest but he feels that there could be a bureau of tropical sanitation at Liverpool and the first thing must be to start the Annals of Tropical Sanitation
