Encloses a letter from M Watson saying that the Principal Medical Office of the Federated Malay States wants Strickland's appointment terminated as, although he does not know much about the subject, he thinks that it is not much use. Watson thinks that it is very important and that Strickland is on the verge of finding a cheaper method of malaria eradication in the Malayan hills
