Encloses some pages from a report by H Wright on Jugra with comments (Ross/140/01/17). Wright's work was incompetent and his conclusions valueless and describes his own scheme for clearing the waterworks of malaria. Encloses a letter saying that the Mian Mir experiment was a failure because the wrong methods were used (Ross/140/02/06) and asks if it could be published under a pseudonym
