Put forward the claims of W Hampson to remuneration for inventing a system of liquifying air and improving x-ray apparatus saying that although Mr Justice Sargent has turned down his claim on the grounds that medical ethics forbid remuneration of this sort, they are drawing attention to the fact that illness from overwork is rendering him unable to practise
