Description
Manson discusses Ross' work with gregarines and warns him not to assume that plasmodia are automatically similar. He thanks Ross for some slides and says that G Thin is frightening people off microscopic work by making staining sound very difficult. He advises Ross to examine mosquito excreta from psorosperms and expresses doubt on gregarines being malarial. He has had a letter from J Cleghorn who is sympathetic to Ross' work and that a friend, Muir Mackenzie, who is in India, is putting the case for Ross doing malaria research officially to various members of the government. He finally says that G Thin has gone to Italy and is not above plagerising others work.
