Description
Thanks MacDonald for his assistance and says that now he has been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Tropical Diseases Research Fund he feels that chief medical officers in the colonies should be obliged to have diplomas in public health. He is pleased with the report of the Departmental Committee on the West African Medical Staff. Describes the Mian Mir affair, SP James is the main stumbling block in the path of anti-malaria work and alleges that he had AG McKendrick removed from anti-malaria work in Bombay
