DescriptionHe has suggested that the Liverpool School should renew Ross' postition at the School when the five year term expired and that there were ample funds to do this. He had provided land for a new School of Architecture but the building was delayed by the war. No rent was paid by the School of Architecture and that they will pay none to the University when they move back there.
