Research was initially undertaken by King's comparing treatments given by GP's and hospital staff to patients attending A&E. Roberts' worked in her capacity as a Health Economist to analysis the data created by King's. King's researchers included Dr. Jeremy Dale, (lecturer in Primary care) and Dr E Gluckman, Consultant in Emergency Medicine.
