The '3F' campaign was an initiative by Jamaica Welfare (1943) Ltd to help Jamaican communities organise themselves to improve their nutrition and fitness. '3F' stands for 'Food for Family Fitness'.
Jamaica Welfare Limited was founded in 1936 and was the countries first non-government organisation. Jamaica Welfare provided the support and education for local communities to make use of government services and improve their general health and living standards.
