Also contains correspondence between Professor Platt and the Women's Voluntary Service (WVS) Cookery Committee concerning a syllabus for the teaching of cookery in Trinidad, 1944 and proposals from the WVS for the establishment of a central cookery centre in the Port of Spain, 1943.
