Description
HIV/AIDS prevention campaign material collected during a visit to Sweden. The material includes records and related material from the national commission for HIV/AIDS prevention, National Institute of Public Health (Folkhalsoinstitutet, FHI) and the organisation responsible for sex education, Swedish Association for Sex Education (RFSU). Material also includes material from local authorities and NGOs in particularly, Noah's Ark Foundation and Swedish Federation for Gay and Lesbian Rights (RFSL), which initially set up the first prevention and support services in the country.
Surveillance and evaluation reports of HIV/AIDS cases and impact of public health campaigns. The majority of the material unless stated is written in Swedish but there are a number of stickered labels on the material providing information on the creating organisation and when the material was received.
