DescriptionCorrespondence, questionnaires, articles and reports chiefly relating to drug research conducted by Virginia Berridge on behalf of the Drug Addiction Research Initiative and the subsequent study for the World Health Organisation. She visited the country as part of her study and the file includes her travel itinerary, interview notes and a list of Spanish contacts. A number of letters received and reports are written in Spanish but also include English language papers from Spanish academics including a conference paper entitled, 'Assessment of issues relative to illicit substance of abuse and controlled substance analogs' by Jordi Cami given at the Joint Conference by the WHO and U.S. DEA, September 8-11 1987, Rabat, Morocco and government leaflets and booklets about the national plan on drugs produced by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs.
