Description
Research notes, graphs, tabulated results, photographs and plaque assay plate from interferon research undertaken by Joseph Sonnabend at the School. Majority of the research relates to experiments to purify human interferon using plaque assays with notes written on the procedures and results of his studies undertaken from 1970-1971. Other files relate to experimentation on polymerase enzyme, including notes on extraction and analysis of polymerase in CEF virus infected cells.
