Correspondents include Peter Medawar, Nobel Prize winning British biologist and Director of the National Institute for Medical Research; Dr N B Finter; Dr Lise Thiry, Institut Pasteur Du Brabant; Dr Gunther S Stent, University of California; Dr R M Friedman, National Institute of Health and John Maddox, editor of the journal, Nature. Later correspondence files from Joseph Sonnabend's second spell at Mill Hill, 1972-1973, chiefly relate to applications to other overseas research positions including the University of Southern California and Institut of Pasteur.
