Description	Says that he has not read S Calandruccio's pamphlet (64/053) before receiving Grassi's letter (Ross/52/17/02). The translation of his letter to Ross is misleading and inaccurate so he will correct it and send copies to Grassi and Calandruccio. He cannot remember the date of his making Grassi's acquaintance but it was, judging by his letters to Ross, between 5 and 19 November 1898. Italian translation on the back.
