Description
Murray says that he encloses a return of men at the 4th London General Hospital under the ''Y scheme'' (Ross/173/29/91) and adds that about 70-80% of men at Putney are infected with malaria and that they could be put into special camps under their officers with a hospital ward attached for malaria attacks and used for farm work in the area of their camp.
