Description
An unsigned copy. Ross says that it would be inconvenient for the recipient's malaria patients to be moved to Epsom, and that the 200 special beds at the 4th London General Hospital are used for diseases other than malaria. He adds that the malaria cases at the 4th London General Hospital are now under E. Beggs but he would prefer them to be under W.A Murray
