Description	Parsons says that he has sent an abstract of his report to Francis O'Connor, but as it did "not quite fulfil" the requirements Ross gave in his letter (Ross/173/21/08), he encloses another one. He adds that Ross has the only complete copy of his report, but he himself has an incomplete copy and Headquarters Office has copies of two sections. He also says that he would like it to be published in its entirety.
