Description
This letter was sent to the Director of Army Medical Services in Mesopotamia , Salonika, Egypt, Italy and France and to Ross of his information. The Director General says that a paper of malaria from the military point of view is to be published in 1919 and the comments of officers "qualified to import information of value" are welcomed.
