Description
Encloses a list of the Ross Archives which Ross is selling in order to provide for his wife and family, and in order that they "should be in good custody before he dies". Their value is difficult to estimate but he insured a notebook for £1000 when it was exhibited, and that the Committee of the Ross Institute hope that they will be bought and presented to the Institute.
