Description	Encloses A. E. Heath's comment on Ross's manuscript on solid space algebra (Ross/163/18/03). He found it very interesting and hopes that there will be a philosophical discussion on the symbolism in the tenth section. He also says that he hopes that Ross will present a paper of his to the Royal Society, adding that "Whitehead and Russell have done all in their power to prevent my work being published" and have pirated it as well.
