Description	1. Letter from Sir Ernest Bickham Sweet-Escott, Governor, Leeward Islands to Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State, Colonial Office, encloses letters from the Administrator and Senior Medical Officer of St Kitts-Nevis. Governor says that he has instructed the Administrator and Senior Medical Officer to make the mosquito-borne disease returns as complete as possible, 13/2/1911. 2. Letter from Thomas Roxburgh, Administrator, St Kitts-Nevis to Sir Ernest Bickham Sweet-Escott, Governor, Leeward Islands. Encloses a letter from the Senior Medical Officer and that they will do their best to make the return of mosquito-borne diseases as complete as possible, 4/2/1911. 3. Letter from William Fretz, Administrator to Thomas Roxburgh, Administrator, St Kitts-Nevis. It will not be possible to complete the return of mosquito-borne diseases as is requested but he will provide as much information as possible
