Description	He has returned from his month's trip during which he gave lantern lectures about mosquito control. Disagrees with Ross saying that if malaria were eradicated the West Coast of Africa would be quite healthy and that he was left without his mosquito net one night while on his trip, had an attack of malaria in consequence and that he is becoming more and more convinced of the value of mosquito proofing houses. He wishes that he could have the support for public health works from the government
