Letter from Charles Arthur Johnston
Date

Description
He has been unable to find any material on how to dissect mosquitoes and has had to evolve his own method. He is treating malaria with injections of soluble quinine sulphate and having great success and asks Ross questions on the length of time malaria parasites take to develop in the mosquito and the length of a mosquito's life. The Indian Government are saying that the Indian Medical Service Officers can take a course on bacteriology at Netley but on furlough pay and they have to pay their own fares
