Description
He will be coming to England at the end of March to take his younger daughter back to Rome for the Easter holidays but the whole family will be returning to London to receive the Alake of Abeokuta. If Sir AL Jones could persuade the Colonial Office to appoint himself and Ross to form a sanitary commission to report on West Africa their report would carry great weight without upsetting the medical and sanitary staff
