Title
Letter from R McHugh, Editor, Voice of St Lucia to Ross
Date
30/1/1902
Description
He is publishing Ross' letter in the Voice of St Lucia and will send the issue to Ross with the subsequent issues in which he will justify his opposition to the measures for mosquito control put forward by St G Gray. He is willing to learn from serious teachers like GC Low but it is difficult to convince the average man that the commonest mosquito in St Lucia carries yellow fever and he feels that the best method would be for the government to obtain the services of an authority on the subject to publicise the matter
