Description
Explains AC Coles' work at Bournemouth, which he is doing gratis as the War Office did not like a civilian to be attached to the staff and now that his work is increasing Coles should receive an honorarium. He cannot see why Brighton and Netley are allowed pathologists while Bournemouth and Brockenhurst are not and asks Lloyd to approach the War Office about the matter
