Copy of a letter from Ross to Sir William Hesketh Lever, Chairman, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine
Date
4/4/1912
Description
He is not surprised at the India Office's rejection of his application for an increased pension. They were correct in saying that he had left the Indian Medical Service voluntarily but he has resigned as he could not afford the drain on his resources which being posted round the country entailed.
