Description
Manson says he is glad that Ross' prospects are improving and that Sir Crosthwaite is using his influence on Ross' behalf, and points out that he has obtained the appointment of medical advisor to the Colonial Office without influence. He is still working on West Indian filariae and that the British Medical Journal has at last published his paper on exflagellation.
