Description
It was originally intended that the whole of Sir AL Jones' bequest to tropical medicine should be put at the disposal of the Secretary of State for the Colonies and suggests that the Colonial Office could ask what is to be done with the money. Explains that the present plan is to spend it on a new building for the Liverpool School and a new tropical ward at the Royal Southern Hospital
