TitleLetter from Alan Hay Milne to Ross
Date14/9/1918
DescriptionHe has heard nothing regarding a pension from Lord Leverhulme but has heard from S Evans that there had been correspondence on the subject between Leverhulme and FC Danson. He thinks that it is useless to circularise subscribers to the Liverpool School and that the committee are all under Danson's thumb and that the only man strong enough to oppose him is Charles Booth. Advises Ross not to worry about a pension for him as it will prejudice Ross' claim. He is still under treatment for anaemia and a flabby heart but expects to return to London by the end of October
