Description
He has written to Alexander Fiddian advocating Ross going to Cyprus as a junior opinion would not carry the same weight with the local medical practitioners and that Ross need stay only a short time which would cut down on the cost. Advises Ross not to waive his fee for a ticket for his wife as the Government happily pays large fees to experts in other fields
