| Arrangement | The papers were held in large boxes collected from Roberts' office. There was little original order but where there were original files (e.g. for some correspondence files, data and interviews) that order has been retained. A lot of duplicate draft copies of the final report were disposed of. Where there was a lack of order for subject material found scattered through Roberts' papers, the cataloguing archivist has attempted to file related material together.
