Chiefly relates to the Belgium government's passing a Royal decree on the prevention of AIDS; minutes and reports from the WHO Special Programme on AIDS including the Third WHO Meeting of Participating Parties for the Prevention and Control of AIDS, held in Geneva, 27-28 April 1987 and reports relating on the work undertaken on Projet SIDA in Zaire. Correspondence include Dr Jonathan Mann, Director of the Special Programme on AIDS, WHO; Professor King K Holmes, Harborview Medical Center; Lars Olaf Kallings, Chairman of IV International Conference on AIDS and Dr Robin Ryder, then Director of Projet SIDA.
