These include circulars from the Ministry of Health and Family on prevention strategies, diagnosis tests and safeguarding blood banks and also letters received from Professor J Desmyter, President of the AIDS Committee in Belgium. File also contains: a copy of a letter received with supporting table of statistics from Professor Lars Olof Kallings to Dr F Assaad, Director of Division of Communicable Diseases, WHO, regarding HIV/AIDS monitoring in Sweden and measures taken against the disease ; manuscript notes by Peter Piot on various subjects and a typescript report by him from the 2nd meeting of WHO Collaborating Centers on AIDS, Geneva, 16-18 December 1985.
