Papers include correspondence on possible candidates, proposal, programme for the exploratory workshop, held in Strasbourg on 19 February 1992 and manuscript notes by Virginia Berridge from the meeting. The correspondence also include letters to Sir Jack Stewart-Clark, Member of the European Parliament for East Sussex and Ken South, dating from Janauary 1995 on a new European Parliament initiative on an Action Plan on drugs.
