| AdminHistory | The Lake Copais Company of London invited Ross to visit Greece to advise them on the eradication of malaria. Left Liverpool on 18 May 1906, reaching Athens on 25th where Ross and his wife saw the sights. On 28 May, took a train to the Copaic Plain, formerly a lake turned into a cultivated expanse dotted with villages and farms. On 4 June, returned to Athens and back in England on 15 June. |
